Why COLSA Wednesday: Extended – Larry Law

Larry Law started at COLSA a few years back under one of COLSA’s contracts and wanted something that would challenge him and help him to develop professionally. He previously worked with the Army, and being a Veteran; he was excited to return to his roots. Since starting at COLSA, Larry mentioned that he has “grown both his strengths and weaknesses.” This is something COLSA prides itself on, the ability to help our people grow.
As former military, Larry is glad to see how “veteran-centric” COLSA is. COLSA “has a culture of supporting veterans as many of our leadership are veterans themselves.” He said, “COLSA puts its people first in everything, and the leadership displays that daily.” When Larry expressed interest in helping with our business development department, COLSA was glad to let him try something new.
Speaking to Larry, it’s clear that he loves working for COLSA and recognizes the efforts we put forth to advance employees. He says we stand by the “Family of Professionals” sentiment. “COLSA is truly a family environment, and many companies say it, but [they] put action to their words.”
