The right to deletion/erasure – You have the right to request that COLSA delete and erase your personal information, under certain conditions.  We will not comply with a deletion request if it is necessary to maintain the personal information to:

  • identify and repair errors
  • exercise free speech or another legal right;
  • comply with federal or state electronic communications or privacy laws;

Upon verifying the validity of a deletion request, we will delete your personal information from our records and direct any third-party service provider we engaged to delete the personal information from their records.
