Employees customize their package by selecting from: major medical health insurance with prescription drug coverage, dental insurance with in- and out-of network benefits, vision insurance or vision discount options, employer-paid life and accidental death and dismemberment coverage, and employer-paid disability plan options.

COLSA offers a medical opt-out election that puts cash in your pocket for your personal needs. The COLSA Choice program includes options to increase your coverage in areas that are most important to you, for example, income replacement and life insurance for the family. We also provide an Employee Assistance Program to help you and your family during work-life struggles. COLSA insurance programs may differ between locations.

We strive to provide a family-friendly environment in which to work. Our employees enjoy flexible work schedules and reduced work hours to assist with the challenges of work/home issues. We also provide a generous leave program that includes 10 paid federal holidays and accrued annual leave that is immediately vested.

Our leave program also includes leave sharing for employees who are suffering a hardship and special leave for bereavement, jury duty, military duty and medical issues. We provide additional fringe benefits that include pre-tax flexible spending accounts for health and dependent care, tuition assistance, travel assistance, bank direct deposit, and fitness program discounts.
