At COLSA, supporting space exploration and national defense isn’t just about technology, it’s about people. Behind every system, every mission, and every breakthrough is a team of experienced leaders driving innovation, strategy, and execution across some of the nation’s most critical initiatives.
From NASA partnerships to missile defense and space operations, COLSA’s contributions are shaped by leaders whose careers span decades of service across the Department of Defense, federal agencies, and industry.
Rob Harris, Senior VP, Space Solutions

As Senior Vice President of Space Solutions, Rob Harris is focused on the future, leading COLSA’s growth strategy across key markets including cyber, enterprise systems, data science, and systems engineering. With over 37 years of federal experience, Harris brings a deep understanding of both operational execution and strategic expansion.
His career began in the U.S. Air Force as a nuclear weapons technician before transitioning into contracting leadership roles, followed by 16 years at NASA. At Stennis Space Center, he served as Procurement Director, overseeing contracting programs valued at more than $6 billion. That experience now informs how COLSA scales its capabilities to meet the growing demands of the space and defense sectors.
Ted Henrich, VP, Systems & Software Engineering

With more than three decades of experience in digital, systems, and software engineering, Ted Henrich, Vice President at COLSA, leads teams supporting organizations such as the U.S. Space Force, Missile Defense Agency, and NASA. A retired U.S. Air Force Cyber Operations Officer, Henrich’s career reflects the evolution of modern warfare, where cyber, space, and intelligence capabilities are deeply interconnected.
From early work in space tracking and missile defense systems to leading communications for U.S. Northern Command’s Joint Task Force Civil Support, his experience highlights the complexity and importance of integrating technology into mission success. Today, his work at COLSA ensures that engineering excellence translates into real-world impact for customers operating at the forefront of space and defense.
Terry Jackson, Program Manager of NTSS Contract

For Terry Jackson, Program Manager supporting NASA’s Transformational Shared Services contract, space exploration is powered as much by enterprise systems as it is by rockets and spacecraft. Leading a workforce of more than 250 personnel, Jackson oversees mission-critical services spanning finance, human resources, procurement, and IT, ensuring NASA’s operations run efficiently at scale.
A former NASA Senior Executive with nearly three decades of service, Jackson held multiple CIO roles across the agency, supporting both mission and mission support organizations. His career reflects a unique blend of technical expertise and executive leadership, enabling COLSA to play a vital role in sustaining NASA’s operational backbone.
Gregg Walsh, Regional Operations Manager in Colorado

Gregg Walsh, Regional Operations Manager, brings a strategic lens to COLSA’s mission, supporting federal clients through consulting engagements that span mission analysis, program management, and acquisition. His experience includes supporting the stand-up of missile defense missions across the United States, Europe, and the Indo-Pacific, reflecting the global scope of modern defense operations.
In addition to his government work, Walsh has helped shape the broader space industry, contributing to the development of a space-focused vertical within a global software company and mentoring defense startups in securing government contracts. His work underscores the importance of partnerships and innovation in advancing national capabilities.
Mark Anderson, Space and Electronic Warfare Manager

With more than two decades of experience in space operations and electronic warfare, Mark Anderson, Space and Electronic Warfare Manager at COLSA, leads execution of the Bounty Hunter program in support of operational users and mission partners across the defense space enterprise. He oversees customer engagement and 24/7 operational support while driving program performance across cost, schedule, technical execution, and risk all while ensuring teams remain aligned and responsive to evolving mission demands.
A retired U.S. Air Force officer, Anderson’s career spans the full spectrum of space operations, engineering, and program leadership. From early work with the Air Force Satellite Control Network to serving as a mission commander for MILSATCOM constellations and later leading ground engineering and operations, his experience reflects the growing complexity of integrating space and electronic warfare capabilities. He supported national-level missions at the wing level for what became the National Space Defense Center, deployed to Afghanistan as Chief of ISAF Space Operations, and later led planning and integration for the GPS III Command and Control System in Los Angeles. Today, his work at COLSA ensures mission-ready capabilities are delivered to operators at the tactical edge, translating technical expertise into operational impact.
A Collective Impact
Individually, these leaders bring decades of experience across military service, federal leadership, and industry innovation. Together, they represent the strength of COLSA’s contribution to space exploration and national defense.
Whether supporting NASA’s enterprise systems, enabling missile defense operations, or driving growth across emerging space markets, their work reflects a shared commitment: delivering mission-critical solutions that support those operating at the edge of what’s possible.
As space continues to evolve as both a domain of exploration and a pillar of national security, COLSA remains positioned, through its people, to help lead the way.
