Small Business Industry Day
This forum is for the small business community to cultivate relationships with COLSA and to raise awareness of potential new business opportunities for small businesses, woman-owned small businesses, veteran-owned small businesses, service-disabled veteran-owned small businesses, small, disadvantaged businesses, and HUBZone businesses.
COLSA is looking to establish relationships with small businesses that can support our long-term strategic plans in the following areas:

- Other Technical Areas that Support our Long-Term Corporate Vision
Any small businesses interested in doing business with COLSA are welcome to attend the upcoming Virtual Industry Day events; however, attendance is not required for future participation as a vendor, supplier, subcontractor, or consultant to COLSA. Please note that attendance is strictly voluntary and attendance will NOT guarantee receipt of any agreement, subcontract, or purchase order.
Virtual Industry Day attendees may anticipate 10–12 minute one-on-one sessions with COLSA representatives to discuss how their company is able to participate in current or future COLSA small business opportunities requirements. At the time of registration, participants are required to submit a summary core capability statement (1-2 Pages) that addresses the firm’s unique skills, core capabilities, as well as lists of previous work and innovations.
This virtual event will begin promptly at 10:00 AM CST on 10 December 2025.
This announcement is not a formal solicitation and is not a request for a proposal. COLSA is not liable for any costs incurred because of interested parties’ participation in the Industry Day. All expenses associated with attendance are the responsibility of the participant(s).
In addition to answering some basic questions about your firm, you will need the following information for registration:
- UEI Number
- Capabilities Statement (Up to Two Pages in PDF Format)
- Name, Title, Email, Phone of up to Two Attendees
