COLSA’s Independent Assessments are conducted employing the government approved Root-Cause analysis model.

Learn More

Using a core group of qualified COLSA employees supplemented by an extensive network of Senior Consultants – Conduct Independent Assessment Reviews of technical, programmatic and management aspects of organizations and operational programs as directed by the respective Commanders and Program Managers. COLSA’s Independent Assessments are conducted employing the Government-approved Root-Cause analysis model. Root-Cause affixes accountability. By using the standards established by the organization or function, to include policies, laws, regulations, guidance etc., the assessment team determines how the organization, function, or process measures against those standards. The evaluation is then expressed in terms of a finding, measured objective, finding analysis/discussion, finding recommendation, and recommended action office.
