TUITION ASSISTANCE
COLSA will pay a percentage of tuition, fees and textbooks (up to a maximum dollar amount) for employees pursuing a graduate, undergraduate, or non-degreed special studies curriculum. Tuition assistance is open to full-time and part-time employees who wish to further their education.
CERTIFICATE PROGRAMS
COLSA will share costs of certification programs with employees wishing to develop their chosen career fields.
PROFESSIONAL DEVELOPMENT AND TRAINING
COLSA provides opportunities for professional growth through company-paid attendance at job related conferences and seminars. Additionally, our in-house subject matter experts train on topics that are company specific as well as specific to the work environment in which our employees perform.
SCHOLARSHIP OPPORTUNITIES
The Francisco J. Collazo Endowed Scholarship opportunities are available at state universities for employees and/or their eligible dependents wishing to pursue higher education in the technology fields.
