COLSA (Orlando) currently supports the following PEO STRI programs:
PEO STRI Omnibus Contract (STOC) II – We have managed, staffed, and operated the Digital Integration Lab (DIL) since the DIL was established in FY02, providing the resources and services necessary to sustain a centrally managed and controlled risk reduction, test, and integration facility with the mission of supporting all of the Program Executive Office’s (PEO) training system developers. COLSA provides requisite expertise in the areas of system engineering, system administration, system operation, command and control system architectures, information assurance, configuration management, acquisition, management, licensing, and distribution of Army Battle Command Systems (ABCS) and commercial software in support of PEO Simulation, Training, and Instrumentation (STRI) horizontal integration. COLSA’s specialized staff of knowledgeable and experienced systems engineers, system analysts, and system operators was assembled and tailored for the purpose of installing, configuring, operating, and maintaining the DIL’s suite of ABCS required to enable the critical system-of-systems integration and functional interoperability between ABCS and PEO STRI simulation/stimulation training devices.”
One-Semi-Automated Forces (OneSAF) – COLSA provides direct support to PM-OneSAF/PEO STRI in the development and test of constructive Simulation models that are incorporated into the OneSAF infrastructure. COLSA provides developers, analysts, testers, and documentation support to the OneSAF prime contractor and the government staff. The OneSAF business model allows our team to develop in an unclassified environment while preserving the ability to rapidly move the OneSAF software into more sensitive domains. Team members operate within a CMMI Level 5 environment.
