COLSA (Huntsville) currently supports the following U.S. Army programs:

Redstone Technical Test Center (RTTC) –COLSA provides on-site Program Management support and operation of RTTC Plans & Operations cell including tracking & suspense log, OPSEC reviews, metrics, strategic planning, VIP tours and demonstrations, and development of Briefings, Policies, Plans, Situational Reports, and test center management issues that include program support for the BRAC POAM and Merger of RTTC and ATTC. COLSA also provides research, analysis and assessment of RTTC business unit initiatives including development of Uniform Business Practices and Policy Memorandum documentation. COLSA provides on site Administrative and Budget Management support for an RTTC Division and two RTTC Branch Offices that includes data input to the government cost tracking system and time management system; coordination and preparation of customer travel; and administrative and operational support for Division/Branch Office Security and Access controls for personnel, property and documentation. 

Command Post Platform (CPP) – COLSA provides Engineering Technician support the Command Post Platform (CPP) Development and Integration program. CPP provides common command centers with advanced command-and-control hardware and technology to give commanders improved control over their digital forces using Force XXI Battle Command, Brigade-and-Below (FBCB2) and other Army battlefield command systems. The CPP development and integration program includes: three CPP variants (track, rigid wall shelter, light), a Company Level Commander (CLC) shelter, and the Command Center System (CCS). COLSA personnel are responsible for the assembly, modification and integration of hardware systems into a modular mobile military communications shelter.
