COLSA supports the following DOJ program in Washington, DC:

Office of the Federal Detention Trustee (OFDT)– COLSA provides subject matter expertise in budgeting and strategic planning for detention operations; development, implementation, and monitoring of prisons standards, policies, and procedures; developing and managing comprehensive statistical and financial databases describing detention activities; development and implementation of strategies to deal with detention "hot spots" and crises; contracting and acquisition associated with Bureau of Prisons (BOP) and US Marshall Service (USMS); developing automated office systems using SharePoint.
