COLSA (Colorado Springs) currently supports the following MDA programs:

Joint National Integration Center (JNIC) Research & Develoment Contract (JRDC) – COLSA supports the JNIC in the areas of Enterprise Network Operations and Security Center (ENOSC), BMDS threat development, Distributed Multi-Echelon Training System (DMETS), BMDS Ground Test, BMDS support, and BMDS Joint Early Warning Lab (JEWL) for exercises, experiments, BMDS training, flight tests, and ground tests. COLSA provides HPCS network communications security, operations, Help Desk, and Information Assurance support; software development for specialized tools; event design training and wargame/exercise support and operating the DMETS system to provide warfighter training. Our broad support to JNIC also includes CM and data management; BMDS ground test support; JEWL technical documentation; and IV&V.

Advanced Research Center (ARC) Task Order – COLSA provides network and communications design and engineering services for flight test operations. Our engineers design secure and nonsecure communications solutions that provide voice and data communications services solutions between mission test directors and operator personnel that support the mission test events from the mission control center at the Missile Defense Integration & Operations Center (MDIOC) and Kodiak Alaska Launch Control Center. COLSA also engineers long-haul communications solutions that extend voice and data communications to designated missile range facilities that support the mission events.
