I have a diversified role in the Contracts Department as I handle Subcontracts as well as all COLSA Commercial contracts. I support the Program Managers, upper Management, and COLSA customers.
I perform all necessary actions (which are many) to issue subcontracts and modifications. I have been provided a framework to participate in contract and subcontract negotiations. I assist VPs and Program Managers in tracking and managing Commercial endeavors. I’m responsible for corporate Commercial Revenue computations and reconciliation.
I am able to effectively and efficiently perform my duties because COLSA has provided processes and procedures that clearly define my responsibilities. COLSA also provides mentorship guidance to allow me to learn and excel in my career path. |
