It is extremely gratifying to help ensure successful payload operations at HOSC Customer Service (HCS). I am able to interact with different cultures from around the world—I now have friends from many of these countries. This worldwide interaction helps me understand how our systems and services address their unique needs. Diversity and flexibility are keys to successful space science and overall customer satisfaction.
