Over the course of my career, I have provided Configuration and Data Management (CDM) support to various projects, as well as institutional support here at MSFC. For the past few years most of our CDM work has been focused on the Ares Launch Vehicle which was part of the Constellation Program. As we move away from Ares, we are looking toward the new heavy lift vehicle that NASA is being asked to develop. In addition, I have worked on International Space Station projects including the Node 2 & 3 which were built by an Italian contractor.
Being able to support the US space program is a real privilege. I have been inside of space flight hardware that is currently orbiting the earth as part of the ISS. To get to be a part of the next generation of launch vehicles is just icing on the cake. |
