In my 28 years at COLSA, I have had the opportunity to grow and develop in my professional career. As a Systems Analysts, I have supported BM/C3 Human-In-the-Loop CONOPS experiments, and as a Quality Engineer, I have helped support software and process improvement CMM and CMMI efforts within COLSA. I currently support COLSA’s continuous process improvement initiative. As a Quality Engineer, I perform as an ISO 9001 Lead Auditor and audit team member, conducting internal quality audits across the entire organization. I capture, analyze, and report metrics on internal quality audits, corrective and preventive actions, and other identified company quality objectives.
The work I perform helps COLSA maintain it’s ISO 9001 Certification as well as providing continuous process improvement feedback to senior management and staff, so that we are always striving to improve our internal processes, products, and services. This allows COLSA to provide consistent high-quality products and services to our customers. |
