With COLSA since: 2009
I develop, coordinate, and implement cyber and information operations into exercises for the Army and Joint Department of Defense community. This includes supporting the entire Joint Events Life Cycle: Exercise Design, Planning, Preparation, Execution, and Evaluation. I help design the storyline behind an exercise, develop the hypothetical threat, ensure that the Army has relevant training objectives, inject information during exercises, and ensure that each exercise is a ongoing step in the direction of better operations, planning, and training of U.S. Service men and women.
We develop and plan for exercises all over the world. My team has been to Germany, Korea, Hawaii, and multiple continental locations. We support military commands that have responsibilities worldwide. Our work is critical to helping our nation’s military protect us from an ever-growing hostile cyber threat. My job takes me from the national view of cyber and information activity to that of the soldier getting ready to deploy, and I feel deeply that my work makes a difference. |
