Advanced Research Center (ARC) –As the ARC Prime contractor, COLSA provides support to MDA’s engineering, development, integration, testing and analysis for BMDS and technology testbeds. COLSA provides senior experts in engineering services, Information Assurance, systems administration, network /connectivity engineering, and software development support to MDA. COLSA plans, procures, and integrates High Performance hardware and software, operates, schedules, and maintains that hardware, software, and peripherals to provide simulation and scientific support for 2,500 scientists, engineers, and analysts, 30 Government organizations, and 84 contractors in Huntsville and numerous locations across CONUS. The ARC features more than 16,000 square feet of raised computer room flooring that is climatically-controlled.
